As a Trim Healthy Mama, Yogurt, Oats, and Berry Bowl Recipe is one of my two go-to energizing breakfasts on the farm. One of the pitfalls of Trim Healthy Mama is getting stuck in S mode. You can read more about E versus S mode here. The other go-to breakfast is Farmhouse Creamy Eggs with Veggies Skillet which is an S meal. I wrote about my Trim Healthy Mama journey and 10 Veteran Tips. One of the tips I shared was to find meals you like and eat them often.

If you follow Trim Healthy Mama, this is an E or Energizing recipe. Pair it with a Basic Coffee Trimmy and you are all set with a delicious, energizing breakfast. If you are not a coffee drinker, you might like Spiced Matcha Tea.
One note about this recipe is that I do not cook the oats before adding them to the bowl. I used to, but I like it just as well with uncooked oats. You could certainly cook the oats before adding them. You could also use a plan approved (E) granola in place of the oats. I really enjoy the bowl that way, but my children gobble up granola before I can have some.
